Miniteers of Vancouver

I was thrilled to be welcomed to Elizabeth's for lunch in January with the Miniteers of Vancouver.
It is an honour and privilege to be associated with such talented people.
We, of course, talked (a lot) and exchanged ideas. Miniaturists are the nicest people!
 Janine, Elizabeth and Fatima
Linda, Elizabeth and Fatima

I'm now back in Australia after 5 weeks in the ice and snow (in Whistler, not Vancouver), and am anxious to get back to my Ladies' Emporium, "Papillon".
Hope you are all enjoying your minis.
Cheers, Linda

  2. Hi Again Linda! :D It WAS a lovely time after such a LONG time in between. I was so very pleased that the weather cooperated with us that Monday and also to have been able to enjoy the company of Janine and Fatima as well as yourself. One thing that your photo has indicated is that clearly I have been over-indulging and now I am Bulging!!!! ( good grief!!!!) :((

Glad that you're home safe and sound- till we meet again.....

    1. Hi Linda
I was in Tassie briefly in early December before heading off to Canada. My friend is moving to Queensland in March so I may not make it to Tassie much anymore. I am going to Paris in June though! If only I could take photos as lovely as yours and if only I could stay more than a week!

  12. Hi Kat
We did have fun and it looks like you've been having fun with petit point. I love doing it but the eyes are getting a bit tired. I recently attempted 50 to the inch. May have to show it off on my blog sometime. Keep up the good work.

  14. Hi Jean
Maybe we can do an excursion to Victoria in the summer or you can come over to visit. To see their wonderful creations in person is even better that their photos. Did you see 2 of their works on display at the West Coast Miniatures Show?
I can't wait to put your beautiful laser cut lace pieces in my "Papillon".
